I am Leo López, a Freelance Chef with over 15 years of experience in the exciting world of professional cooking. Since obtaining my Chef de Cuisine title from one of the most renowned culinary academies in Central America, my journey has taken me to explore and perfect my skills in various cuisines around the globe, including Guatemala, Spain, and the Netherlands.

My passion for gastronomy is reflected in every dish I create. I have had the privilege of working across different culinary styles, from the richness of Italian cuisine and the robustness of a good steakhouse to the vibrant flavors of Mexican and Latin American cuisine, as well as the sophistication of Spanish cooking. Each experience has enriched my culinary approach and allowed me to develop a unique style that combines traditional techniques with innovative twists.

In addition to cooking, I am passionate about sharing my knowledge with others. I offer cooking workshops where participants learn to experiment and enjoy cooking in a fun and educational way. I firmly believe that cooking should be a celebration, and I love helping others discover their own love for gastronomy.
